When you arrive at the terminal on Isla Mujeres, simply walk a short distance to the street where an abundant fleet of taxies are waiting to take you to Villa Tranquila. The distance between the terminal and the property is about a mile. Just tell the driver you want to go to Villa Tranquila. If they ask for an address tell them #20 Calle Aeropuerto or # 20 Airport Road.
