The ride between the airport and ferry terminal at Puerto Juárez takes about 30-45 minutes. There are a number of companies that provide these services, we are familiar and enjoyed Cancun Transfer and Best Day businesses.

Tickets for the ferries can be purchased at the Gran Puerto terminal. These are well equipped ferries that provide comfortable indoor and outdoor seating during the 20 minute trip across the bay of Mujeres. To learn more about ferry services, follow this link.
When you arrive at the terminal on Isla Mujeres, simply walk a short distance to the street where an abundant fleet of taxies are waiting to take you to Villa Tranquila. The distance between the terminal and the property is about a mile. Just tell the driver you want to go to Villa Tranquila. If they ask for an address tell them #20 Calle Aeropuerto or # 20 Airport Road.
