$20 per person per night extra for more than 8 guests in whole house. Queen air mattress available. Whole Villa rentals only Dec 19-Mar 31. A refundable damage Deposit of $200 is required.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival except for holidays reservations, when balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason. We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforeseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
